[Giggling, Ochako will then wait for her friend to come join her. She doesn't want to just eat by herself - that's terribly rude - but also she doesn't want to sit around and do nothing while her friend worked hard for her. So, pushing her chair back, Ochako gets up.]

Let me at least clean up a little bit for you then, Momo-chan!! Then, by the time we're both finished, we can eat together.

[ By the time Ochako gets out of her chair, Momo has her apron back on and her hands full with the bowl of crepe batter, so she can't really do anything to stop her from coming over to her cooking space. ]

O-oh! You don't have to do that! This is supposed to be your special meal! You shouldn't have to do any of the work for it...

[Ochako may have monopolized on that a little bit, but honestly she just doesn't like sitting around doing nothing, especially when Momo is working hard. She wants to show her appreciation.]

Please, Momo-chan, this is the least I can do!! And I want to help out, really! You did so much for me already, and I want to eat together with you, so... [She is going to start tidying up a bit. Fight her, Yaomomo. :|]

Well, a-alright... If you insist...

[ There isn't really much she can do about it, seeing as she has to concentrate on not burning her crepe. But soon enough the batter has solidified, and she adds the strawberries and creme and folds it over, transferring it to a plate and gesturing for Ochako to join her at the table. ]

There, there, then! Itadakimasu!

[And in that time, Ochako has wipes down a few of the utensils Momo wasn't using right then and there, and wiped the counter a bit. She'll wait to put back the ingredients after they've finished eating together.]

Itadakimasu!! [Clapping her hands together happily, Ochako resumes eating with Momo after she's seated again. Her legs kick about happily, like a child, and she smiles.] Did you learn to cook while you were staying here, Momo-chan? You've really done a wonderful job, these are so good!

[ Momo digs in as well, albeit with less childlike enthusiasm than Ochako, but no less appreciation for the food's deliciousness. ]

Mm! [ She nods, finishing chewing and swallowing before she answers any further. ]

I can't eat out all the time, after all. And I don't have anyone here to cook for me. So I sort of had to pick up some new skills as I went along.

Aah...that's so practical, I'm proud of you, Momo-chan!!

[Proud that she finally learned to cook and actually...not burn anything, or make something truly heinous. But, considering Momo's quirk, and and that no one here is going to really cater to her like she's used to, it was either sink or swim. Leave it to Momo to do a full breaststroke, though.]

Mmh... [She takes another bite, kicking her feet happily.] If you need any pointers, or want to learn some basic recipes, I can show you, too! I know a few that my mama taught me.

[ The crèpes aren't as delicious as the ones at Momo's favorite French café, but she must admit, they're pretty good for a beginner cook! She perks up at Ochako's offer, feeling excited to learn something new, that can also help her to be more useful around the house. ]

I would be honored to learn your mother's recipes! That would be wonderful!

[In all honesty, Ochako is not overly picky. If something tastes good, she'll most definitely eat it. This girl loves food, and is already halfway through her own crepe.]

Of course!! It's only a few, and they're not overly complicated, a-at least I think so, so it'd be a pleasure! Just let me know anytime you want to try, Momo-chan! Ehehe...you know, I'm proud of you for taking the initiative to learn.
